Millennials are here to stay: Adapt or be left behind

I vividly remember my dad telling me how spoiled my generation was. Unlike me, who was chauffeured to school, he had to walk 10 miles, uphill, in the snow to get to school. Mind you that this was in Lagos, Nigeria. Well, the chicken has come home to roost. We are now generally complaining about the Millennials. "They are so entitled, they need stronger work ethic", yadi yadi yada. In 5 years, workforce will be 70% millennials. So adapt or get left behind.
